Extension of Garilli Linear Park - Organic connection to the sea along Pallas / Demokratias / Alexan

Description: The Limassol Municipality is one of the few municipalities in Cyprus that want and promote sustainable urban mobility and will probably be the first municipality to achieve its goals, said the Minister of Transport, Communications and Works, Yannis Karousos, inaugurating together with the Mayor, Nikos Nicolaides, the upgraded Misiaouli and Kavazoglou Streets and the extension of the Garilli Linear Park. The Garilli Linear Park Extension - Organic Connection to the Sea project along Pallas - Democracy - Alexandria Streets, involved improvement works on these roads, creation of a cycle track in the centre of Democracy Street, construction of a pedestrian bridge, reconstruction of the road surface, widening of footpaths, undergrounding of services, access for the disabled, improvement of the storm water system, planting and street lighting.
